I've been thinking about this. Can't decide of doing an adjustable desk or just raising my monitors to a point where I can see them from a seated or standing position, and maybe getting one of those walking treadmills that you can slide in and out of the way.

I really like mine. There’s 4 different height options you can set but I just use two where I press one for standing height and the other for sitting. Automatically adjusts. Ours have a net thing underneath to catch all the wires. Just run one extension cord from there to main power source.

I have two 30 inch monitors plus a dock with my laptop plus a phone. Still got room for my keyboard notes mouse etc.

I don't currently have one (WFH) but will be getting one. I miss my adjustable desk a lot. I loved standing for some of the day and sitting for some. Way better for the back.

I've had a standing desk for about a year now. I don't have a chair in this side of my office anymore. I can stand here for 8-10 hours/day now. I had tons of back problems that it has helped a lot. Don't forget to get a good pad to stand on.

ETA: 2 32" curved monitors and my 15" laptop screen on an Seville Airlift

So is being fat, but you've managed to get through life.

I was thinking about getting one....then I noticed that everyone who had one was no longer using it. I’ll pass on that fad...

I like this desk, but I'm not sure if I can afford the "assistant in the sex swing" option

I have an adjustable desk and two large, adjustable monitors. Rarely move it. Sit half the day, stand half the day and it's set up perfect for both.
