Total control- what exactly does that look like when this order is applied? Access? Activities? Financial control?
Katrina the parish president in WP was putting letters on gas pumps saying the fuel belonged to him. I was reading the letter while I filled my truck up and the store owner was waving at me.

Whether or not this executive order allowing him to assume total control of private property is legal or not, I voted for him last election but will not be voting for him again. 1- to release an order stating that he can assume control of my property is a massive overreach of power and 2- even if the intent was not extreme, not to paint more context in the verbiage or a separate release for the public to understand is a total failure of authority.

No... W&J doesn't upload the show to the website... just the app
go to today's 9 AM hour (it's titled St. Tammany President Mike Cooper) and he actually starts talking right at the 19 minute mark
