Usually once they know it is being recorded it's amazing how much differently they act. All of a sudden the constitution does matter then.
If a policemen asks me to do something I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt that he's aware of something I'm not. If it turns out to nothing but harassment, then things change. But until then it is "Yes sir" / "No sir".
They couldn't pay me enough to do their job. The least I owe them is to obey their commands, even if not realizing the reasons.

It's un real over there. I watched as dogs ran in packs, as if in the wilderness. 3/4th of every business is abandoned or burned. Chicken joints, Pawn shops and cehck cashing places are the thriving businesses.
Hell, in the early 90's, the cops used to have to pay for the gas to put in their patrol cars. They had a parking lot of police cars that didnt work, had no gas, or couldnt afford to fix. Casino Queen gave them some cash for Fire/Police/community stuff, but the city is trash! Venice isn't much better

Hell, my old Platoon Sergeant was from ESL. Luckily got his arse out of there and made a career for himself. Damn he was awesome and had the loudest voice I've ever heard
