So in other words yet another person who thinks no rules apply to him?
Get out if the road and into the side walk. He's a grown adult and shouldn't have to be told to get out of the street. Is he mentally retarded, trolling or just refusing to conform to society?
Running that mouth off to a cop again is provoking a situation and so is refusing to follow the orders of the police officer. More rebellious behavior asking for trouble.
Start trouble then act surprised when it's found.
"Look at me I'm being harrased."
He created the situation and his own trouble.
A person will always have enough trouble in life it's absolutely stupid to go looking for it.
