It will be hard for a grand jury not to indict.....given the pressures they are facing and realizing if there isn't a trial at all hell really will break loose.

Garner's case got some protests. The LA case got some protests. The saddest one for me was the one in Victorville. And the one in OH no one really protested except for the online cop-haters.

That's the point of the grand jury, to take away that aspect. So while it may play, it's a much better chance of a GJ only looking at evidence than a DA
