I'm so sure he'd sloppily or hastily grab an entire box of cigars off the counter dropping shite everywhere, instead of having them put in a bag and handed to him if he paid for them
I watched the video. I don't see an exchange of money. I see a strong arm robbery. He grabbed the whole box.

I'd like to point out that a customer called 911 for all those people saying "the community needs to hold each other accountable."

According to some, your eyes must be playing tricks on you.

I'm pretty confident that they have a camera directly over the counter as almost every convenience store does. Should be pretty easy to prove/disprove.

It's funny that people have been stating how much different the people of st louis are (including you), can't think of a better word than wild, and yet you think they'd be rational enough to accept the idea that the cop was justified if it was told on day one. Like they'd all just say oh ok

If they did, we'd already have seen it. This is just a nonsensical argument.
The store owner didn't confront him because he paid for it and he didn't threaten the store owner because he didn't steal them. And Dorian didn't admit to stealing them when they really didn't.
Bottom line: he stoled them rellos.
I fully expect my iphone to know how to spell rellos by the end of this story.

How does this make them resposible for the foolish actions of those protesting?
I have never said it makes them responsible for the actions of the protesters. I do think early response would have greatly mitigated the social upheaval. That doesn't mean the police has the moral burden of the individual actions of the bad actors. It just means they were stupid and could've done better.

Well the officers didn't make them burn out the city, they did it on their own. Don't blame the police cause the community decided to act like animals.
Nope. This one is on the police and a shitty communication tree. Top to bottom.
And FYI, you have. It was hard to find though, I picked a page at random and this was on the first page I looked at.

That's a straw man. No one has said they'd all just say "ok." However, this isn't our first young black man to be kilt by the popo. Why has the response been so vastly different in this instance?

When was the last time an unarmed black man was shot by the police in public in daylight? That might answer your question.
ETA: and multiple times at that (although it looks to be a good reason now).
It was a story they wanted to use, not get the facts on, period.

Perhaps he dropped a dime on the counter that the video does not pick up? Perhaps that was a down payment and he was going home to get the rest. The store owner said "no more down payment Big Mike....you pay full now." He then had to beat back the belligerent store owner. That sounds like a story that we could hear today.

Protests+media coverage+militarized police response.

When will the photo of the police officer's face from the hospital be released?
Posted on 8/19/14 at 10:38 am to slapahoe
Yeah it is nowhere to be found

The shite would more than likely end if it wasnt given the attention that it is getting.
I blame this thread.

There have been four unarmed black men killed by police in the last month in the US. One on camera. No rioting and looting in the other 3 cases. Any opinions on why this one was different?

Why don't you tell us, because you surely have the answer...
