The guard just needs to cordon off the town. Nobody in, nobody out. Cut off basic services. Water, electricity, EMS, fire. Let them calm down. Then go back in.

Is the entire city militants, insurgents, or rebel factions. Have we declared war?

Mike Brown's friend, Johnson, could very well be the reason for all this mayhem. His lies immediately after the shooting stirred up the hornets nest and led to the misinformation out there initially.

How in trouble could this guy be?

no the dozen witnesses they are talking about were from last night.

Wrong, last night is when it came out that there are more than 12 witness that verified Officer Wilsons account of the Brown shooting.

Why does everyone act like year gas is some horrible third world tactic. Cops use tear gas after ncaa championships and Super Bowls.

It's banned by the Geneva Convention

You can't do that. Cordon it off if you can, but there are a lot of good people that live in Ferguson that haven't left their house yet since this all started. Can't cut some 90 year old lady's water and electric.

In all fairness, it looks like the protesters have.

Then they'd just riot that they're necessities for life have been taken. And you'd see more riots throughout the US.

I would probably go up there at that point. How is cutting off utilities gonna stop all these people from outside of the area?

There'd just be more riots if he was held accountable for his lies.

It's banned in warfare. This is perfectly legal.

Told the wife that over the weekend when Team Brown's version of events started falling apart.

Not sure he will be in any trouble. I'm not sure anyone around him will ever acknowledge any other version of events no matter what the evidence says. After the evidence came out on the TM case, I realized they didn't want the truth. They want an excuse to hate.

If you want a bomb shell, what if he's arrested for felony murder. If someone is killed during the commission of a felony (even if it's a co-felon) I'm pretty sure they can be charged with felony murder.

Having said that, he's not gonna get charged with anything.

Im not condoning this type of militarization of the police. Im simply saying, the "protesters" are the instigators here. They are the ones that have taken this situation to levels that require the police to feel like the only way they are safe is to be dress like a full on commando.
