No. He was referring to my comment about not giving them bond by having the judges go on vacation. Ok, don't do that but set the bond sky high. Let them hire a lawyer to reduce the bond. Set the bond hearing some time down the road.
Bottom line is they know who the instigators and out of towners are and they need to keep them out of the crowd.
