Dude that help baden just told CNN it could have been close range but when they get body it has no cloths.. So they cant say if it was or not.. Cause gun powder would be on cloths.

I'm almost ready for a small British-type television license fee that would pay for a truly impartial media outlet that would serve the purpose the media is supposed to be serving in government instead of worrying about ratings.
I know that's a dream given the political nature of everything, but frick, this is getting dumb.

Didn't Baden say that gun residue would only be on the victim if they were within 1-2 feet and he couldnt tell if it was that our 35 feet away?

I love the part about the police looking 'too militarized' !!! It's too scary and it makes the community want to behave defensively. 
Wow, no mention of the fricking riots, looting, burning buildings, etc. that these military looking police are responding to. The gas mask made them steal those clothes and shoes.

I didnt say people were not arrested. I said we dont know why they were arrested. You cited the sob story given by that emotional female preacher. You have the police reasoning?
Also, my morals? Really? Not surprised that you didnt like me pointing out that its nearly impossible to form rational, well formed, opinions on whats going on there without a complete picture when you accuse me of moral ineptitude simply for saying what I said.

Your defensive posture is fine with me. You read and responded to my take in a way that wasn't at all consistent with its context. Arrests at this point seem a bit unnerving as I said. I'll wait for a tweet to say an old woman and a white gray haired man tossed a Molotov at the police just feet away.

I'm interested in this " freeze" part. In 13 years of law enforcment and training in multi jurisdictional course I've never used the command "freeze".
I'm interested to see the police report and see what's written. Maybe they teach that there but "freeze" to me sounds like someone filling in blanks as to what they think a cop would say.

Just stop. Im not defensive at all. I just said lets get all the facts and that was in direct response to you citing that emotional preacher and taking her word as fact.
