He certainly said something very close to that.

"Digital era" asks him "from behind?"
And he responds: "the first two was. The next 5 weren't. He turned around."

Fox is interviewing the Mexican looking Dr. He states tht the shot to the firearm could have come from behind or with hands up. Funny thing is, when he puts his hands up they have to be palms facing each other ( touchdown signal). Who the hell does that putting their hands up?

More plausible to me would be arms pumping as he is running. Most likely at the officer since the other shots are in that area and to the front.

If that Tox screen comes back with PCP or something like that, cop's story may make prefect sense, He committed suicide by cop.

I take it you've never faced any ethical dilemmas in your life. Geezus. And yes. I'm catching up.

i just read your post and saw his comment.... Yea what a frick tard. Most people(cops, soldier)get distraught after the initial high of killing their first and usually only person.

He he charged a cop with his gun drawn he had to be on some major drug. Tox screen will be critical.

No he didn't. It would be most likely but he didn't have to be.

Not saying Jennings is Warson Woods, but Jennings is not that bad.

Pretty much what I would've said about Ferguson two weeks ago.

Relax igorina. He doesn't know which bullets actually hit him and which ones didn't. I am sure those specific details were weeded out in his interview with LE.

Wait, so we are supposed to believe the witnesses 'align' with the autopsy (which is the discussion point on hand) - and should do so by ignoring what the witness said because he does not know which one actually hit him. But believe him and it aligns?

The last thing this autopsy report does is move the MB story forward. It took the knees out of several of the eye witness reports and is causing linguistic gymnastics in a futile attempt to support the remaining.

Yep. I don't foresee a time where each shot will be analyzed for justification unless there was a break between shots or there is a political/public relations motivation.

I'm not sure we even have the timeline down, enough, to make these determinations. Again, putting my practitioner's hat back on - there will be a trial for this. My support? Because there was in the Trayvon Martin shooting. The media and black activists will demand it.

There will be a change of venue, of course. And the defense will have to put Michael Brown on trial - it will be terrible, but the media will absolutely make all kinds of money.

While we won't have the "busybody, wannabe cop" stuff put out about the officer, he better hope there are zero skeletons in his closet - because they're about to go on full, national public display.

Zero relevance for just weed.

PCP is consumed with weed, most commonly, but weed itself doesn't indicate anything other than, perhaps, intoxication.

Violence is not directly associated with either the casual or even chronic use of marijuana.
