"I saw the officer proceeding after my friend, Big Mike, with his gun drawn, and he fired a second shot, and that struck my friend, Big Mike," Johnson said. "And at that time, he turned around with his hands up, beginning to tell the officer that he was unarmed and to tell him to stop shooting. But at that time, the officer was firing several more shots into my friend, and he hit the ground and died."
This matches Crenshaw's and Mitchell's story. Crenshaw told CNN that Brown got about 20 feet away from the police cruiser before the officer shot him again.
"The cop gets out of his vehicle shooting," Mitchell said. "(Brown's) body jerked as if he was hit from behind, and he turned around, and he put his hands up. ... The cop continued to fire until he just dropped down to the ground, and his face just smacked the concrete."
All parties agree Brown was shot multiple times.
Mitchell said it was "more than about five or six" times, while Johnson said it was more than three.
None of the witness appear to have stated he was shot in the back

This is scary given his racial statements and past actions.
In other news, Eric Holder has scheduled a fourth autopsy to be performed by Eric Holder himself.

Can't understand for the life of me why the federal government is even involved.
Human rights violation I think.

Many pages ago - no dash cam in his unit.
I figured as much.
I'm not saying it means anything, but when we request for production of the video and it isn't given to you because it "got lost", we raise hell about it. But, if they actually give it to you, you know it's because your client was acting like an arse.
Just thought that would give you guys a laugh.

No matter what happened it's no excuse for people to be rioting and looting over.
You obviously have self-control and don't believe you're entitled to anything.

9mm is far from a badass round and we don't know if it was hollow point or FMJ.
I agree that 9mm is "less than robust" (and that's true of most pistol and revolver rounds) - but I'm 99% certain it was JHP.
The weapon was almost certainly a Glock 17 or a Smith and Wesson M&P (maybe a Beretta 92F, or much less likely an H&K USP or Sig P226).
The round was almost certainly Federal, Winchester, Speer or Cor-Bon in the 124/125 grain range (less likely a 147-grain subsonic) standard pressure JHP (although +P is possible.)

County investigation: Michael Brown was shot from the front, had marijuana in his system
I'm shocked
Marijuana shouldn't cause a normal man to act like that but he wouldn't act as he did at the store just before that either.

Maybe most likely probably right

This is why I asked yesterday exactly what did the witnesses say. Trying to separate their statements from rumors and rhetoric and what people are reading into it.
I only went back and read one of Mitchell's statements with quotes attributable to her. She said MB jerked like he got hit. Didn't say he actually got hit, but does say he jerked like he did.

How long in the system? Or can we just tell it was in it but not how long.

Someone upthread said they'd seen pictures of the cop's injuries. Have we seen those or was he just full of shite?

Obviously he didn't have much cause he just left the store with the cigars so no time to make any blunts
