There are rumors that the toxicology report could come back with PCP in his system. They mentioned that some like to dip the tip, where you smoke from in it, and it gives it a good high. Which could explain his actions during the robbery and then the actual event.

We'll see.

I only went back and read one of Mitchell's statements with quotes attributable to her. She said MB jerked like he got hit. Didn't say he actually got hit, but does say he jerked like he did.

The eyewitness statements, outside of the guy in the background of the youtube video have all been fairly consistent. People may have assumed he was shot in the back based on their statements he was fleeing, but none of their earlier interviews support this.

You have to look at this legally though. Increased aggression is one thing. But there's also impaired decision-making.

Sure - that can explain why he chose to take on an armed cop while he was unarmed, himself. Also, if the officer says, "I suspected he was impaired and when he did not go down with the first shot, I further suspected he was under the influence of PCP." If that turns out to be true, i.e., if Brown's tox screen confirms the presence of PCP, that bolsters his credibility with the jury - and experts will testify "Persons on PCP display apparently greater strength and pain resistance, compared to the same persons who are unimpaired." That's probably all the defense needs for an acquittal on the grounds of justifiable homicide in this case, assuming there is little to no evidence for the "execution theory" - on which the prosecution must initially rest.

This National Guard is a godsend to the Police officers. Should get many of them out of there, and let them go back home and to their own districts.
