but he didn't frick up by saying the officer wasn't aware of the robbery at the time of contact

It def could be calculated and all semantics, but as soon as he has the conference to announce the investigation findings and he states "Darren got the call about suspects and proceeded to reverse to confront" all of the protestors and lawyers for the victim are going to scream "He was lying and now manipulating the evidence... He said that Darren wasn't aware of the robbery at time of contact"

Again, that is if the friends statement is even true or in the report... But its just setting up for another clusterfrick.

He robbed some sort of quick-mart type place, yes. We are being told by some that fact is irrelevant to the shooting, however.

No shite, dummy I mean did anything happen to the officer?

Without knowing the case, I'd guess "no" and "nothing will" are the likely answers.

Yup, this is def a keep your mouth fricking shut situation.... If he didn't release all of this immediately after the incident, then he should have waited until the investigation was over.

It's not irrelevant. It has to be tempered with relevant contextual information.

But then they would still be outraged he didn't release anything. They clamored for him to release the officers name.. he did.. they just hate the truth that was released along with it. You can't pick and choose shite just to benefit your viewpoint. They all need to get over it. He didn't fabricate shite, he just released video of what happened.

Saw the video on TV. He tried to walk out without paying for some cigars. Man steps in front to stop him. He shoves him aside and walks out without paying. Strong arm robbery.

I don't dispute he's a dumbass, but he released the info, can't fault him.

No matter the verdict, the city of Ferguson will forever be in a race war.

Yeah, but you know its all bullshite that he waited until he was releasing the officers name to do it.

"There were FOIA requests and I knew there would be lawsuits, so I decided to release it"

There were going to be FOIA requests for the officers name and the fear of lawsuit didn't cause you to release it.

Is it just me or does it always seem like there is an Us vs Them mentality in situations like this?
