Maybe a strong point for the self defense case. Curious to know if the original call out over the radio mentioned that the suspect could be armed or was not armed.

We don't 100% know what "this" is.
And how Brown reacted could possible make it related to the robbery. If he THOUGHT it was related, he may have reacted violently.
We have no idea.
But my point is its irrelevant: its either excessive use of force, or not.
