The police report identifies brown by name. says he came out of the restroom, he told the counter guy he wanted several boxed of swishers, he took them, handed them to johnson (his friend), someone witnessed them telling him he has to pay, thats when he reached behind the counter, grabbed more, and left the store. he then grabbed the guy by the shirt, pushed him away, then left.

Watch the video as well. Here's what happened.
A female reporter asked him " we have heard two names, brian -something-, and darren wilson."
Chief says some thing like " Brian -something- is not the name"
Another male reporter says " but the demonstrators said Darren Wilson"
He then avoided the question and said they would release it later
