Welp. Everything just went into the shitter. He changed his story to align with the police report. Must be physical evidence of gunshot within the car.

Thanks for the replies on the 18-year-old's criminal record or lack thereof, allegedly.
IMO the benefit of believability rests on the question.

you should have heard this conversation.. it was horrible. he also says the shooter was a caucasian male.
On the matter of him being contacted to speak with police, but not replying to them, dorians attorney says:
"They reached out to us but its a matter of scheduling an opportunity. they said they would like for us to set up an opportunity for dorian to come in, our concern is that one of the statements made is that dorian didn't see, that he ran off, so they had reservations, but its clear to us and everyone around that dorian is the only eyewitness to what happened here."

Just bc someone has no priors doesn't mean they haven't committed crimes.

I can't wait for the autopsy report to come out and say that his hands weren't raised when he was shot and they have nothing to chant.

Didn't think it could either. I live in STL and they interviewed the forensics guy who is doing part of the autopsy and they said they would be able to tell if his arms were raised above his head.
