Wolf Blitzer interviewed dorian johnson )the witness the cops couldn't get ahold of).
He says" we're walking down the street, the officer says get the frick out of the street", he tells the officer "we are a minute away from our destination, we will get out of the street. " the officer reversed very rapidly, and slammed the car into a manner in which it almost hit them. then they were front and center with the officer, that when he opened his door it ricocheted into the officer off of them, then he tried pulling big mike into the vehicle and big mike is trying to pull away, and in a minute i heard "ill shoot" and he looks in the window and sees he has his gun pointed at them, i moved out the way seconds before he pulled the trigger, saw the fire come out the barrel and instantly knew it was a gun and saw it hit big mike in the chest and the blood splatter..."

But I thought he said he put his hands up and then the cop shot him... His story is breaking as well as his credibility (shocking).
ETA: Dorian says he was white, where as witnesses are rumored to say he was black...
