You mean dictator of the parish when she needs money and a no show Broome when you need services.
This lawsuit should show everyone that the City Parish form of government does not represent the entire parish fairly.
It also seems like the money that should be used on this side of the parish is going elsewhere.
All the City of St George would do is take 2 cents of sales to provide services that the parish will no longer have to provide this should offset any loses.
BR should not have a financial say in this as money from this area should not be used for city services.
This lawsuit should show everyone that the City Parish form of government does not represent the entire parish fairly.

It seems that Mayor Doome and councilman Cole both who do not live inside the area can still sue the organization to keep St George from becoming a city.
The judge is allowing any elected official that represents an area affected financially by the formation of the City of St George can stay in the suit.
M E Cormier cannot as her cow pasture where she lives is not in the proposed area. Why isn’t Borden Milk mad as this lady looks a lot like Elsie the cow?
The next tax the residents outside the city do not like let’s tie it up in court for years. This is what Broome has taught us.

Let me fill you in on a little secret. Everybody on this planet is racist, whether you believe it or not.
It's like that thing where somebody says they never lie, they're already being dishonest. Same thing with racism. There's no such thing as a person who isn't naturally racist, to some degree. I'm not talking extremes here.
There is white racism, black racism, hispanic racism, asian racism, Middle Eastern racism, etc. Generally when you get groups of people of the same ethnic group together, they're going to want to resist mixing with other ethnic groups by very nature.

The validity of the election is no longer in question. The lawsuit indicated that it was.
