Splain this to me....fourth grade graduation ceremony?

Just drove by the local elementary school, street is jammed up with parents, and obviously grandparents, had to do a double drive by to see what’s going on. It’s a fourth grade graduation ceremony. What in tthe holy frick, over?

you're bitching about a public school in BR having family that are obviously invested in their children's lives?
jesus man! We need to celebrate those parents as they are very few and far between.

Well.. Since there is a 4th grade graduation, there is probably more traffic there than usual. You have parents, grand parents, other family members all attending. They probably all use vehicles to get there and when you have more vehicles than usual, it can jam up street traffic.
