Coach walked into the gym during athletic PE and told everyone to sit down and be quiet. 90+ boys sit down Indian style knowing he was about to tell us someone quit.
Coach: "(Insert name) is no longer on the team, he got the gonnorhea"
Random kid: "He got the gout coach"
Coach: "Same thing"
Mic drop, exits the gym.

I was coaching a JV basketball team and we were playing in a summer camp at Clemson.
The Varsity coach accidentally signed us up to play all varsity teams.
We lost the first 4 games then we won a game.
We lost the next game and I said "Well, you can't win them all."

west monroe high school in the 60's. deaf old coach riser was coaching football. on 4th down, the quarterback stays in to punt and muffs it. on the sideline coach grabs the qb and the punter each by a facemask and screams at the qb "you shoulda known to come out" and screams at the punter "and you shoulda known to go in" "and i should have known better than to put either one of you sons of bitches in.
