Only time I ever use ketchup is mixed 50/50 with Louisiana Hot Sauce on catfish.

I hired a kid out of a college in east TN several years ago. His first week, we were in OKC at a chain steakhouse (Charleston's), and he ordered the top sirloin well done. When the waiter brought the food, the kid asked for a bottle of ketchup. The waiter said "aren't you at least going to taste the steak first"? Kid says "not without ketchup!"
Oh, and my dad is in his 70's and still puts ketchup on his scrambled eggs.

Neighbor I went to elementary school with put ketchup on her pancakes.
I put ketchup, and hot sauce, on my roast, potatoes and carrots.

I only like ketchup with my eggs IF they are served over hash browns. I put it on the side, not over them. Just a light little dip with the fork full of egg and hash brown

I saw a buddy of mine put ketchup on cantaloupe.
We were high school age, so maybe he was just being a jerk. He ate it, though.
