Find a lawyer that is a judge in that area or friend of the judges and hire them.
Always possible if you line the right pockets. Got out of a 85 in a 55 last year lol with just court fees thanks to paying the right person outside of court.

Talk to the DA and request as a non moving violation. As long as you pay the fine they typically will work with you.
