The investigations are pretty quick these days. Even if there is an investigation I doubt it will delay the next launch.

The real Starlinks have like 20 minutes to get solar panels out & lasers up to connect to Starlink network before they start burning up in Earth's atmosphere

Starship did a lot better on the landing than the booster.
Based on that booster going on that hard, they might be throwing them in the gulf 2-3 more times before catching.
