Lost engines on the landing burn, too fast for a "soft" landing, wouldn't have been a good catch.

13 engines were supposed to light up for the landing burn and the graphic showed only like 9 or 10 lit

Booster crew still has work to do

Which also kills any chance of IFT 14 featuring the 1st catch at launch site 2 & v3 booster
