They've started counting again, so that's an encouraging sign.

Yep, they just don’t like to write frick in the newspaper so they call it falcon instead.

Damn.

Just drove over the bridge onto A1A in between Satellite Beach and Cocoa Beach. Bout a mile of the shoulder over the bridge and onto A1A is lined with vehicles. All parking lots are full.

Can't decide if I should watch the launch from the beach or my parents' condo.

If this thing blows up you are going to feel it. Bigly.

So is there like a huge, white, penis-looking-thingy in your view of the horizon now?

Are we expecting it to blow up? Crapshoot?

I don't follow it much, but assuming this is successful, are manned missions in the plan? Is this the new, official shuttle to get us to colonizing Mars or some such?

I just got a break from work. Why did they delay the launch?

Musk was circumspect about the rocket's chances of making it into space in one piece. "I'll consider it a win if it clears the pad and doesn't blow the pad to smithereens," Musk told Business Insider's Dave Mosher. And he's repeatedly warned there's a "good chance" the rocket will blow up.

There’s a chance it does explode. It will be considered successful if it get far enough away from the pad before it explodes.
