It's a significantly cheaper way to get things into space if they can get the boosters back and reuse them.

This is supporting the idea of re-usable rockets which have the capability to support manned missions because it has a much bigger load capacity than the prior space X launches for re-usable rockets.

Holy shite hearing the roars from the horizon and then the building rocking boom as whatever it is landing back down is one of coolest things I've ever experienced
