I do. But home ownership is not one of the markets I'm interested in at this point.

And I'll never be convinced otherwise in 2019

1. Hunting should be replaced by cooking
I cook what I hunt and kill, no replacement needed
2. Fighting should be replaced by meditation
Meditate in the back of the cop car after I beat your arse...again no replacement.
3. Repairing your car should be replaced by coding
Up load some new coding into your gas guzzling sports car to guzzle more gas.
4. Fixing things at home should be replaced by decorating
Fix the hole in the wall by hanging a picture...Profit?
5. Being a leader should be replaced by collaborating
As a leader you should be able to make your subordinates collaborate to get your work done.
6. Being a disciplinarian (parent) should be replaced by communicating w your kids
I will let them know why I am beating there arse
7. Holding your emotions in should be replaced by talking about your feelings.
Farting...are we talking about farting here? Because I feel like that's what we are talking about.

Author's bio says everything you need to know.

Ian Stobber is a Canadian writer with a passion for dating and a witty turn of phrase. To be honest, he's everything that's wrong with millennials, but he also appreciates the classics: He loves bourbon, hockey, and long walks on the rocky shores of a frozen lake.

But how many of those situations actually evolve into a fight? And why should any of them? Physical fighting literally doesn’t solve anything — it just leaves people angry and bruised, or worse.

Fighting is cool as shite. Meet me at Sonic if you disagree.

IOW "A Soy Boy's Guide to being a Soy Boy." What a loser. BTW, organic game is much more healthful than factory farmed meat.

Don't harsh his narrative bro.

Besides, you think he eats meat? That effeminate twat screams vegan.

The really soft Canadians life in the metro areas of the East, and the Vancouver areas. Yukoners wouldn't put up with the soy.

We called a man like this in the 1960’s, 1970’s and 1980’s a wussy.

Mr Perfect just assumed his particular housing predicament could be applied to the entire country.

His argument that homes are not investments is one I actually support, but his facts are off on a national scale.

Prices are being cut on homes in my area. Which is a very desirable area. The peak seemed to be late 2017-early 2018. We are looking to buy but in no hurry. Especially not with the way it’s going now.
