It isn’t the weather. My SiL is trying to get between Houston and Dallas which are two of the biggest SWA hubs in the country and there isn’t a flight for the next two days. “Staffing” is too broad of a catch all…this sounds like a walk out or some broader HR breakdown.

All airlines were affected by the winter storm since it touched so much of the country. But southwest is having some major staffing issues on top of that.
