Well, mother nature installed some new skylights for me. Had a dead hickory tree, which I was actually waiting for the guys to show up in a few days and cut down get blown down and hit the roof of my house. I have now have 4 holes in my roof
Luckily it fell into another tree, but the top broke off and knocked some holes in my roof and broke a rafter. Waiting on insurance to get back to me tomorrow.

How aggressive are we expecting this to be later near BR? The kid has a soccer game at Premier indoor at 7:45. Not sure how I feel about being in a sheet metal building with all of these reports.
Shameless bump too see if I can get an opinion.

The popup storms in front of the line have so far stayed sub-severe. If they continues, the main worry is the line itself. It will likely be at severe strength in areas, and could have the chance for spin up tornadoes.

Whatever just rolled through New Roads/St Francisville area was powerful. Not as bad as the April storm but a lot of tree branches down.

Been a while since we've seen Yazoo City in a warning. Hell, it may have been a record run for them.

Incredible lightning show looking east from Lake Charles. Amazing.

Our supercell in MS has a confirmed tornado again. Approaching Mendenhall.

Oddly enough only clocked 24mph on my anemometer on the fence line about 6’ off the ground. Felt a lot more powerful than that when it came through.
My station is surrounded by trees. Maybe I should move higher up.
