Did all the parants at that school sign off on that? Pretty sure I would lose my shite on everyone at the school if my daughter was in that class and I wasn't notified beforehand.

I'm not a person for frivolous lawsuits, but I would sue the shite out of the school, school district, every school board member, principle, teacher, state, etc if they did this to my kids (if I had kids).

Even if your family did, why apologize for something that happened before even your grandparents were born?
