Audacy bankruptcy

well, this will certainly help get a fair and balanced message out across the airwaves.
This could be one of the biggest game changers in media in a long time. We’re screwed.

I say this as a Christian with full knowledge that I'm being a hypocrite: the world will be better when he's no longer alive.

The fricking guy said in an interview that he had no problem helping the Nazis. That level of evil mindset should not be taken lightly.

You know who invented manipulation through the control of radio stations and newspapers?

The CIA. It is how we destabilized and controlled governments throughout Central and South America during the 50's and 60's. Read up on it sometime. Fascinating stuff.

That is 100% what he is doing. And I am enough of a First Amendment absolutist to argue that we shouldn't take GOVERNMENT action to stop him. Hopefully someone will though.

I'd normally be concerned, but does anyone under 40 listen to local radio?

Hyper left wing lunatics don't listen to talk radio. And since he's clearly going to use this as a propaganda piece....it will end up costing him a lot.

His son is just as psycho as his old man. The scourge of Soros would continue.

His son will just take over everything. And from what I've read on here, he is just as evil.....maybe even worse.

Generally true, but eliminating options to get out a conservative message ultimately affects all demographics.
there are still a considerable amount of younger people who listen to talk radio (perhaps not by choice, but by association with the coworkers, parents, etc.) so it will have some impact.
just shutting down the message is enough of a reason to be a real problem

I don't know, but older people are more likely to vote, and more likely to trust traditional news sources.

The CIA didn't invent manipulation of the media. That's been around as long as media has existed.

Outside of Scoot, WWL is relatively leaning right.

Illegals do listen. Many of these stations are going to be Spanish speaking. Influence the new voters.

I've seen multiple references to this, but don't know the details.
how did he help them?
he would have only been like 9 years old when they invaded Poland and only around 15 at the end of the War.

I didn't say "manipulation of the media" I said "manipulation through the control of radio stations..." Reading comprehension helps.

quote:

Since 1954, when the Central Intelligence Agency assisted in the creation of the first clandestine radio station, the CIA has been actively involved in supporting covert radio propaganda.
