plantar fasciitis

Takes some work, but you can make this go away. Need to strengthen your feet and stretch your calves.

No back problem, or heel pain, but my left shoulder hurts like a MFer a lot of mornings.

I suggest deloading for a week and working on shoulder mobility. Probably would help to add in some upper trap mobility as it is often tight from hunching over a desk or driving a car. Hips should also get some attention.

But keep your bench and squat at just two plates for a week. Work on form.

For the plantar fasciitis, back off on miles and maybe get evaluated for a different shoe or size. Drop down to 10-15 slow, easy miles if your foot can handle it. If not, get a lacrosse ball and roll the bottom of your foot. Heel drops help as well. Both of those should be done regularly injured or not.

Anyways, you’ll be back up to par soon enough.

I'd consider trying a new mattress to see if that helps at all

Less sugar. BCAA. Drink lots of water. Less alcohol if you’re a drunk like me. You’ll be 10 years younger baw.

Same here. I'm 80 and have arthritis in my neck and shoulders.
I changed my chair (Recliner) and my neck improved.
I wake up at night, my right shoulder will be aching. I extend my arm straight back over my head for about thirty seconds and the pain subsides. Then I can go back to sleep.
It takes a lot of patients and experimentation to handle growing old. Not complaining because I am more fortunate than most.
