Bingo. It’s like oil for your car engine. This and eliminating sugar are the two easiest remedies.

on 1/30/23 at 11:50 am to Scientific73Get a sleeping boot for your plantar fasciitis and put it on every night before you go to bed. Progressive resistance exercise. If you haven't done any lifting start out light and focus on form then gradually increase. Also get your testosterone checked. Getting old really sucks if you have the t- level of your bride.

a little over a year ago I finally got cut
torn labrum, frayed rotator cuff, bone spurs, and ruptured Bicep tendon.
way better than it was, but still not fun today.
