Son of retired Louisiana chief justice charged with sex trafficking minor

The single-count indictment accused the younger Pascal Calogero, 59, of paying for sex with a 14-year-old girl. He is also accused of arranging other prostitution dates for the girl with men and allowing one encounter to occur at his Metairie home, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.

I’m not going into details, but word had gone around that he frequently traded drugs and or money for skank pussy. Or maybe just gave them money for the drugs. Wasn’t sure.
I overheard him on a phone call once and I will leave it at that.
Never heard about any minors being involved though.
Didn’t seem like he had a real job. Just lived off of family money

Aside from being a degenerate, he must be stupid too. Arranging a "date" for the 14 y/o and allowing the encounter to take place at his home seems like a terrible idea. I'm sure the Feds will be seizing the place any minute. Not that he's going to be able to live in that house once he gets a life sentence, but he could have used it to help pay for the legal team he so desperately needs.

I used to know his ex wife, many years ago. I heard they separated not too long ago. This is probably part of the problem. I feel sorry for her, and for the victim.
