stumble into the 7-11 for a Totino’s Party Pizza or worse,
used to live in Tiger Plaza overlooking that 7-11, assuming it's the same one, haven't been there since I moved out

Remember Tiger Plaza bar?
yeah, used to go in there in the middle of the day and shoot a couple of games of pool, was always pretty much a beer drinker in college but for some reason I remember the day bartender would always have a pitcher of Sangria made up and I'd sip on a couple of those... in between classes

I KO'd several while at LSU, but not from behind

Your son should be aware of his surroundings. Not being a dick. If you live in a dangerous place you gotta be vigilant.

A colleague of mine heard about the problems on campus last week. He will pay the out of state tuition for his daughter to attend bama (12K extra) rather than attend LSU.
I would do the same. I’d probably do the same for Arkansas, Ole Miss, Auburn, OU & OSU. Those towns all are safer and offer all of the same academic opportunity as LSU.

You say KO’d from behind. Did he lose consciousness? Hoping he is ok. Horrible!!!
When my son was about 14, he and I were walking in our neighborhood and a young boy passed us, turned abruptly and punched my son in the face. I chased his arse and called he a few names. When police arrived, guess who was in trouble? Not the boy, oh no...

What kind of drugs was he trying to buy?

He should dump Reggie's and just expand Fred's.

The city needs to man up, and that means the mayor needs to support the cops. We are short 70+ cops.
They need a significant pay raise and a complete change of leadership at the top. I don’t see BR changing course at this point. Broome is the new norm.
