Someone stole my amazon package

Saw the empty package in my building common area. Nothing was inside. No huge financial loss because I won’t order anything expensive for delivery but still not happy.
1. Is there anything amazon will do? It made it to my building so I do t know if they will see that as successfully delivered.
2. Is there any sensitive information on the invoice/receipt? That was stolen too.

Holy fricking shite. I just saw the “photo” the delivery man took to prove it was fricking “delivered”.
He left it outside on the ground wedged between the stairway and the building. That’s fricking horrendous. That makes me fricking mad. It was so open to the street there’s no way it wouldn’t be stolen.

I was gonna suggest Ring ... but you live in a building with a common area. See if they have video surveillance. Most buildings have those areas covered. At least our condo did in Honolulu. Good buildings have 24/7 security desks as well. It's worth the little bit more on the HOA fees.
