Sorry your state sucks so bad Bucees had to just skip right over the entirety of it (just like all drivers desire too). Focus on making Louisiana a better place.

if they start adding EV charging ports They have these at the one in Alabama now.

Good to know. I hadn’t been out there in a while. Not that I have an EV, of which I don’t have.

Heck, with the lack charging stations in SELA, I would be stuck on the side of the road charging it with a gas generator. LOL

First visit was the one on I-75 in Warner Robins, GA. Walked out of the store having spent >$100 and hadn't bought gas. The people watching is next-level.

It is an awesome road trip stop.

It is safe.

Gas is cheaper.

When you have kids, the cleanliness of a restroom is top priority.

The food there is good with a great selection of unique snacks. You don't have to get a burger at McDonald's and you don't have to lose time by going to Cracker Barrel.

But it’s not just a gas station, it’s a destination. Great food, shopping that includes things that people actually want, clean restrooms, quality in every aspect.

Your question includes the answer: the bathrooms are so clean and their stalls so large, you can enjoy gas station brisket in your own private dining room.

There are two brisket sandwich options, you got the shredded one. Which is not as good as the sliced brisket sandwich, but still infinitely better than pulled pork (trash meat).

Why do people like a gas station so much? What kind of psychopath wants to use a restroom at a gas station, and why do people want to eat there?

Their restrooms are probably cleaner than the one in your double wide.

Social media.

So bucees pays for advertising on social media?

The Foley, AL location says "hold my beer".

That location is a hell hole. Took me thirty minutes to get out of the parking lot. It’s a nice enough gas station but not worth dealing with all of the people.

You are on a road trip. You need gas, are hungry, and everybody in the car has to pee. One stop does it all.

Sliced brisket is better than hamburger chains. The coffee is pretty good, and you have several choices of blends. The Buc-ees peanut butter and dark chocolate (in the shape of a hockey puck) is reason enough to stop. I'll be there this afternoon on my way home to FL. Last year, they were selling Meiomi Pinot Noir for under $17 a bottle. What's not to like?

It's VERY clean, and you can get somewhat decent food there.

You pull up and get gas and treats. Maybe poop if you feel the need to.

It’s not complicated.

Tip: enter and exit on the second entrance a block away from the first entrance. Get the salt water taffy

if you follow directions, pavement markings and stay in the correct lane it's quite simple even on the busiest days.
