If youre dumb enough to get hit by a float, then I dont know what to tell you. Get the body off the street and carry on.

I think it goes without saying that these two deaths are President Trump's fault. Nancy Pelosi has just filed for article 3.

Like I said I the other thread, drunk people and/or people who aren't paying attention are going to ruin it for everyone else.

Rolling through 13 floats. The rest has been canceled and sending all the riders on foot your way.

37 floats with 3,100 total riders. So for 24 floats to be cancelled means ~2,000 riders that’ll be walking to the dome

Has tgrbatn08 claimed that an axle broke and the float went into the crowd yet?

Not to the dome but to the convention center.

Ironic that these killing machines are called “floats”.

This x 100. I despise Mardi Gras, but if you are that dumb, I don’t feel an ounce of sorrow. Move the body and let everyone else have fun

If they go to the dome, they’re really gonna be pissed. It’s at the convention center this year.

Barricades the whole way will make it worse. People will be crammed in as people pile up on both sides with no way to “breathe” or flex from side to side as is necessary. People will also be trapped from crossing essentially as is the case with a lot of the Endymion route. People that are dumb enough to get hit by a float will just jump barricades anyway.
