Every week they show a 600+ Lber going on a weight loss journey.

Well today's person started at 842 lbs, after losing some 400+ lbs over 9 months he died in the hospital during the show.
Didn't see exactly what happened, went to put kid to bed, but my wife says he was too depressed and may have gotten addicted to pain killers after his surgery. Crazy shite.

How do you possibly give up on life to become 600 lbs. I will never understand that. Prob died of organ failure.

The reality TV shows are out of control. There's one called "seeking sisters wives," as in polygamist couple looking for extra wheels. Everyone is cashing in.

Reality TV appeals to a particular demographic. I'll never understand it.

I was unaware any male watched this show. Strangely, I think the typical demographic that watches this show are those fighting anorexia.
Maybe that isn't such a strange thing, since most anorexics, even at sub 100 pounds, will view themselves as a 600 lb. person.

i'll take that a step further... how does an average person let themselves get up to 250? 300?

people have no self-respect anymore.

He was over 800 lb and then over 400+ lb and your wife thinks pain killers did him in?
