He was hooked on pain killers before the whole weight loss process started. Then the doc limited his pill intake post-surgery which made him useless from withdrawals
He died from a heart attack

Castor always posted like a fat person.
I started over half of my life in Africa, going to take at least another 20 years for me to become overweight

A lot of these people usually experience some type of trauma and haven’t developed a healthy coping skill

How many calories do you have to eat daily to maintain 842 lbs? Impressive honestly.

Someone does and the OT makes jokes about it.

How about this? The guy lost 400 pounds!
Still huge. But 400.

Well today's person started at 842 lbs, after losing some 400+ lbs over 9 months he died in the hospital during the show.
So there’s that.

That show is both motivating and depressing as hell at the same time.

There have been several that have died on or immediately following the show, which chronicles roughly an entire year of their life.
Last one I saw was a 700 lb Tahitian woman who refused to change her diet at all, never got the surgery, and died after the episode. Her family now has video evidence of them all enabling the frick out of her. There was literally a line where they were like "Don't listen to the doctor, this is good food" as they handed a 1500 calorie plate of carbs to her.
It's one of those shows my wife watches to center herself, a train wreck that makes you realize your life isn't that bad.

This board only has empathy for dogs, not humans
It's kind of hard to empathize with someone who overate to the point of being 800 lbs....not that anyone would want them to die....but I mean after you get to 300, someone should say hey, you're fat and they should get help then. At 500-800 lbs., forget it. To my knowledge, dogs are not in a position where they can do harm to themselves like that.

What a disgusting human being that person must have been.

Nothing like a 25 rep set of 425 to warm up.
