I'm down about 15% on stocks so far but I got 40% out in to cash when Trump got elected. For those that pay attention there is some history with Trump crashing the market.
But I have to replace the lost investment money now, so I'm raising the rates on my ABB in the Bywater by 20%. shite I may throw in a small raise for the Guatemalans that maintain the property for me, good people.

Why? How recently were those investments made? There is no way they would have gone down below your cost basis if it was a long term investment. All you are going to do is raise your future cost basis when you put it back into the market, for no reason.
