Buyer beware? Does Louisiana have any laws regarding this? Do lemon laws apply to private buying/selling? In Georgia when you sign the title it's done, unless there's is something in writing.

You have no idea what you're talking about. The Rite Of Recission law does apply to car sales closed within a persons domicile. It's not worth arguing facts with stupid ignorant people.

I knew there were problems. I came off the asking price of 2700 to 2000. I told him that i was not sinking any more money into the vehicle because it wasnt worth it to me. He made no comments about this when i told him. A 15 year old vehicle will have problems with a price tag that low.

Lol. Their is no rite of recission on auto sales from a dealership or a private party period. It is a myth and you are a complete and utter fricking idiot for trying to continue this argument. Please post a link showing otherwise.
