Sock recommendations

I search of long lasting socks for work boots that are comfortable and do not lose their elasticity at the top after wearing/washing them a few times.
Gold Toe is what I have always worn but their quality has went to crap.

Polo Ralph Lauren performance socks. Have them at Dillards. Best boot socks I’ve ever had.

I just get Cabelas light weight wool hiking socks all in the same color for every day use.

Cant mismatch em and if they’re good enough for elk hunting in the Rockies they work fine around the house and in town.

I wear the carhartt crew socks. They are very comfortable and seem to last better than others I’ve worn.

Merino wool once its gets cool, woolrich are good quality and a good price. Smartwool is really good but pricey

Best advice on here. In addition to Smartwool, Bambas are also outstanding. Both are amazing!
