Ok but that still doesn’t change the hospitalizations #s which is supposedly why we are doing all this. 14 days to flatten the curve and all.

You expect them to keep the goalposts in the same spot?

They can easily use a steady or increasing positive rate to keep restrictions in place because of "hospitalization potential"

You must have missed the PC yesterday. JBE is keeping the restrictions as is bc of the UK and SA versions of the virus are “concerning” to him.

Wear your mask, keep your distance, wash your hands, stay home when you are sick, protect the vunerable and take the vaccine.

Rinse and repeat.

The vaccine does more than soften the symptoms. It keeps you from catching covid-19

I keep in touch with my old neighbors in DFW. They got the second shot and developed Covid symptoms 7 hours later. They are both very sick right now.-- and I don't think they were exposed to Covid.

Because of the R supermajority in Louisiana there is an expiration date on this at some point for JBE.

Gavin Newsom comes to mind.

If any of that is true, then they would have had to be exposed.

That's not true

You can argue that the government response is completely out of control without exaggerating the truth.

You're talking about Louisiana politicians. They have no backbone and JBE will continue to frick them with no lube. Anything they do is purely for show.

That number hovered just over 2k until 1/15. We have dropped essentially 950+ hospitalizations in under 4weeks

You are misunderstanding their objectives. Defeating Covid and having a triumphant moment are not what JBE, or that bag of bones in the White House, are about. The shutdowns and widespread suffering are their bread and butter. That's the lifeblood of the Democrat party, that's their platform -- people are suffering so you need us.

Now that we have the vaccine developed, it is absolutely inexcusable that we don't have a wartime production type of process and vax sites on every street corner. Seniors need the vax, sure, but so do middle aged people who have young kids relying on them, and for that matter, every American deserves the vax. I thought health care was a "human right" in the Democrat party? What a lie. That party uses health care as a political chess pieces; always has.
