So why isn't NBA Youngboy in jail for this probation violation?

Here's a video of him the day before his arrest, clearly brandishing a firearm, which is one of the ones seized during the arrest.
... and here are the quotes from the Advocate's article about him getting his money back:
I can't figure out why Baton Rouge is sinking right before our eyes.
... and here are the quotes from the Advocate's article about him getting his money back:
quote:
"State District Judge Bonnie Jackson gave Gaulden a suspended 10-year prison term in August 2017 and put him on probation for three years after he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a firearm in the 2016 nonfatal shooting."
quote:
"As a felon, Gaulden is prohibited from possessing a firearm. Manasseh said no firearms were found on Gaulden or in his immediate control on Sept. 28."
I can't figure out why Baton Rouge is sinking right before our eyes.

MDLA should just indict for the felon with a firearm and end this string of catch and release.

I still have no clue how you get probation for a drive-by.

Everyone yells that the criminal justice system is biased and incarcerates too many people (especially black folk) but in reality, it's a fricking joke. People think the outlier of a small-time weed dealer getting a harsh sentence is the norm but the norm is what you are seeing with this fool. 3 years probation for an agg assault and it obviously did nothing to "rehabilitate" him. With that said, his probation was probably terminated early and the liberal criminal justice system is too soft to act on shite like this. Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in a school zone. Odds are he will shoot and/or kill someone in the next five years but oh well, they tried.

I for one can’t wait for PGA Whiteboy’s new album to drop.

That part kills me. Amazing how the feds got time to investigate a rope pull down and raid a brace company making a legal product but magically are never around to arrest felons in possession of firearms.

He’s in a tough spot. Lots of dangerous people want to kill him, and will follow him out of town to shoot at him in broad daylight, but he can’t carry a gun

I'd go with 5 days personally.

He probably is at training camp.

Did she follow Trudy’s lead and ask him to do three good deeds for the community?

The short answer. The Fed's are probably quietly letting them rack up predicates so they convict themselves when it's RICO time.

Violent crimes should be dealt with in a totally different way then NIN violent or non-weapons charge. NBA should have received a 10 year prison sentence that day, instead he’s gone on to participate in another shootout, cause a event that led to the seizure of 19 illegal guns, and impregnate 7 or 8 women. Those kids will likely be raised without a father figure and their money will be used to buy ridiculous shot from the baby mama and her other illegitimate children.
All of which is on Bonnie Jackson and her stupidity.
He’ll be dead or arrested again before the end of 2021, id bet $100 on it right now.

He's barely 21.. and he's already been involved in two different shootings that left one person dead. If it wasn't for his own personal decisions to be involved in all that, he would be able to carry a gun to protect himself. But I would bet a dollar to a doughnut that he carries one anyway... What kind of gangsta rappers doesn't.. It would be bad for the image.

If he brought the trouble onto himself, then he can hire security to protect him, otherwise he needs to get right with Jesus b3cause it sounds like he’s going to meet him sooner than later.
