So who here is growing a nice quarantine beard?

I always keep a beard, but I'm also not trimming until I go back to work

My wife is thrilled

I am not shaving my head or my fave, I have been shaving my head since 2001, the area of baldness on top my head now that my hair is growing is depressing. Lol

Actually had to shave mine off to get a better fit for masks.

I have to shave, just routine

In other words...

You can't grow a beard.

The virus, along with this morning's eggs, can live in a beard for about 8 years. I'm shaving and wasting no eggs.

I never shave with a razor but I don't grow a long beard either. I usually just trim it up with clippers and a 1 guard or no guard.

I haven't done this in a week so far and I'm realizing how much more grey I am now.

Not the beard so much but I am growing my hair out for the first time in my life. May rock a mullet before it's all said and done

I would get rid of facial hair

We are still trying to learn why men have a poorer prognosis than women with this illness.

Could it be men smoke and drink more?
The extra X chromosome women have defers some sort of small immunity?

Or could it be as simple as male facial hair traps a more virulent form of the virus?

We don’t know. But as facial hair doesn’t look good and traps particles closer to the face, I would recommend getting rid of it.
