I have yet to be charged or convicted of a crime in the United States, and I have never skipped on paying $1,400,000 in taxes.

I'm not. It should continue but with 2 caveats..
- You must have been CHARGED with a crime to be pardoned of it.
- Pardons should only happen in the first 6 months or your term. You should have to endure the verbal opinions on your decisions.
I haven't thought on these too much, so blast away.
