Besides the no pay no play statute, also assert the equitable doctrine of unclean hands in your responsive pleadings.

Look at your dec page (if you have UM) and see how much UM coverage costs versus liability. It’s a fraction. Carriers don’t like it because the premium is less but they still have to have the limits in reserve. I’m on the hunt for that smoking gun document from the carrier to the agents telling them to steer folks away.
