I took three 10 mg gummies on the 4th of July this last year at like 6 pm and woke up still stoned out of my mind and had to call in to work
Did you go to work at like 10 PM? Edibles don't last more than 6ish hours.

I'm guessing they travel to legal states and smuggle them back in. Unless they know a local guy? Do yall know a local guy? I'd like to hit up some edibles. Smoking is too much a pain in the arse and the smell stinks up my block.

know the real truth -it’s better to just keep a bottle of scotch next to your bed because there is no downside to alcohol.
Not sure about edibles, but there are huge downsides to alcohol when it comes to sleep. Lack of REM sleep, lack of deep sleep and difficulty staying asleep. Most sleep experts recommend no alcohol 2-3 hours before bed.

I do that too. Vape at 930 guarantees im in bed and asleep by 1030.

You're misunderstanding. Full spectrum CBD containing less than the federal limit of 0.3% THC is legal for anyone in Louisiana. Has nothing to do with medical.
As a matter of fact, farmers in Louisiana will be allowed to start growing hemp this year. The 0.3%(or less) THC definition of hemp will be enforced. So again, full spectrum HEMP products are perfectly legal here.

While I am not disagreeing with you (or the experts) my sleep has not improved since I quit drinking.

Yes there's alot of technicalities, but as I understand it, any CBD product that was derived from the hemp plant is federally legal for sale and transport. The hemp plant is legally defined as cannabis sativa that contains less than 0.3% delta-9 THC. Any other CBD product is not legal. (For instance, if it's a 0% THC containing product that was derived from cannabis sativa with more than 0.3% delta-9 THC.)
There's stores in Lafayette and Baton Rouge openly selling raw hemp flower. There's no way that would fly if hemp products were illegal in LA.

It is mildly amusing to me that the dimmest bulbs among us , the true chin- droolers, are always the first to make references like “ short bus”. Lol, It never ever fails.
