I HAD owned union until I got my last car. Part of the problem is that the two marques I had been buying got shut down as part of the company’s problem, so customer loyalty goes out the window there.
Now own a Toyota and I’m extremely happy with it.

Vehicles exist, they will continue to exist. Consumers will continue to purchase vehicles for the foreseeable future, manufacturers will continue to produce vehicles as long as they can profit. In no place whatsoever in a free market does any participant need or require a labor union to make and buy a car. Unions just make the car more expensive, artificial inflation. Yes, cars are expensive......and they're even more expensive because of preposterous wages paid to autoworkers because of the unions.
They serve NO meaningful purpose, they bring NO value to any product or service. Unions are nothing more than a lazy tax passed onto the consumer

I refuse to knowingly purchase anything union made. My dad worked his arse off to get to management and had his tires slashed and new truck spray painted the week he got there by union scum.

I see this thread is 5 pages and I have only read your first post. But here is my 2 cents. I think unions are a racket. But that’s just my opinion. As far as “what do you drive?”, that’s a bullshite question. Because unless EVERYTHING you own is American made, you are a hypocrite. And I assure you, you own shite that isn’t American made. I had a union worker give me shite because I drive a Tacoma. I asked him what kind of TVs he had and shut his arse up.
